Terms & Conditions

Check In/Out: You are able to enter the home beginning at 3pm. You will be provided a code (via text) to enter the home and your room. Check out is 11:30am. The reservation is secured by your credit card. The remaining amount of the reservation will be due upon check in and will be charged to the card used to make your reservation unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason, our policy is as follows: If notified more than 7 days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. 

THIS INN IS A NON SMOKING FACILITY. This includes rooms, porches and decks. Indiana General Sales Tax and Accomodations tax equal 12% and applies to all guest stays. PLEASE NOTE: No discounts (including single occupancy rates) are offered during high season - December 15th to March 15th as well as other non-peak demand times during the year. We can offer discounts on extended stays and group reservations for the entire Inn. Please contact Innkeeper directly for details. Fees: Rooms are setup to accomodate 2 guests per bed.

The INN does not offer AARP, senior, AAA, or other similar discounts.
