Terms & Conditions

Check In/Out: You are able to enter the Morton House once you receive your email and text message the day of arrival.  We strive for check-in no later than 3:00pm.  We do work to accomadate all guests during your Morton House and Shipshewana visit.  You will be provided a code (via text) to enter the home and your room. Check out is 11:30am. The reservation is secured by your credit card. The remaining amount of the reservation will be due upon check-out and will be charged to the card used to make your reservation unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason, our policy is as follows: If notified more than 2 days prior to arrival, we provide full refunds on your cancellation. For cancellations on days of your arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. 

THIS INN IS A NON SMOKING FACILITY. This includes rooms, porches and decks. Indiana General Sales Tax and Accomodations tax equal 12% and applies to all guest stays. PLEASE NOTE:  We can offer discounts on extended stays and group reservations for the entire Inn. Please contact Innkeeper directly for details. Fees: Rooms are setup to accomodate 2 guests per bed.

The INN does offer Service Member, Teacher and AARP discounts of 10%.
